Two recent installations completed by Aspire Bifolds of black heritage French doors in London homes designed with two or more door sets, fixed glass panels and in bespoke designs.
The benefit of choosing any of our steel-look door products and crafting black heritage french doors is getting an authentic look of Art-Deco, industrial and steel-look designs at a fraction of the cost of the genuine steel product.
Black heritage French doors with feature gable head

Our first example uses black heritage French doors using our 70mm steel-look system. Here, we’ve crafted two sets of double doors with two sidelights in between and a series of twelve fixed panel toplights arranged as a gable head.
Fitted to a new extension at the back of a detached London home, these doors create a bold looking set of patio doors with size and height filling the new extension with natural daylight and impressive views out to the garden. Rooflights above add a further stream of daylight in all weathers, giving a fantastic atmosphere inside this new kitchen extension.
Black heritage French doors with sidelights in Surrey

This substantial extension of a beautiful Surrey property features four sets of black heritage French doors, three at the front and a further set on the side return.
Here we’ve used our slimline door system in the steel look with central double doors and sidelights on each side. Above the doors are fixed panels creating a popular design in the look of old steel patio doors.
As this is a new build extension, and meeting current Part L Building Regulations for ventilation, each of these doors has a trickle ventilator, discreetly fitted at the head of each door set.
Steel-look doors used within cladding

A slightly different installation here, midway through its construction of black heritage French doors fitted with cedar cladding in a garden room.
Double doors in the centre and independent side panels are coupled together to create consistent sightlines at the mullions. Slimline hinges and door handle add to the sleek appearance.
Black heritage French doors in a dramatic home extension

The heritage look of our steel look patio door product, combines an offset gable head and fitted within this contemporary design to a terraced Victorian London home.
The design of this altogether different extension has a single door at the left of the screen and a further set of double doors offset on the right. Therefore, there are two ways to access the large patio area. The smaller door for quick access or ventilation, the larger doors fully open on warmer days.
