    A modern grey finish housed within a white PVCu door frame in this replacement front door.  From our latest generation of front doors from Rocal Endurance. The style is the Pentland, well-known for its similarity to classic timber doors, fitted to many London post-war houses.

    The door has a smaller glazed section in the upper third of the door, typical of classic doors, yet comes in the very desirable Anthracite grey outside and white finish on the inside. The door features a key operated lock with an architectural letterplate in polished chrome.

    To the side of the door is a flag window made from the thermally efficient and secure Liniar range of pvcu.  The window also features hidden friction stays, multi-point lock and key-locking window handle.

    Beneath the window and the door is a traditional looking cill section too.  The door hung on the right, viewed from the outside and opens in, with a low threshold too.

    The house is presently undergoing a major renovation, to which Aspire supplied and fitted A-Rated Liniar PVCu windows. Also provided to the property is a contemporary aluminium lantern roof.

    First of all, these new PVCu windows in Worcester Park are the latest multi-chamber windows, therefore giving excellent window energy ratings. Using multi-chamber frames and the quality glass units, provides a thermally efficient window. Consequently, thermally efficient windows also help to reduce heating bill.  Multiple window chambers are a great feature of modern PVCu windows.  No need for additional reinforcement as the chambers provide strength to the window profiles as well.

  • Morden, Origin bifolds & contemporary rooflights

    A terraced property in Morden with a new extension to the rear.  Our work involved fitting new bifolding doors and contemporary flat rooflights.

    The new extension features a three panel set of Origin bifolding doors, powder coated in a contemporary grey colour.  The doors slide and fold to the right, viewed from the inside.  The left-hand leaf is hinged on the right and also acts as a traffic door. The traffic door allows access out to the garden without having to fold all the panels back.

    The bifolds feature contrasting brushed stainless steel handles, intermediate locking handles and pull handles.

    The roof has two flat, contemporary rooflights also powder coated in a grey colour. The rooflights have toughened glass units and solar control glass.
