M PW M PW ★★★★☆ This company is detached from its customers – they appear to have no sympathy or focus when things go wrong and do not even return messages, let alone communicate proactively.2 weeks ago the third appoint date for our installation arrived and the doors didn’t fit. We are considerate people and understand things go wrong but it is how you deal with the error that separates good service from appalling service. we are still without doors, still without the promised solution.The first installation date was cancelled with 24 hours notice because the doors were apparently late. the second installation date was booked in without even talking to us!!! We were not around. The 3rd installation date was booked in with our agreement for the first day back after the Christmas break, the 4th January. The doors were apparently arriving 20th December and we had asked them to confirm to us they had arrived. I left it a couple of days and no call from Aspire. I called them on the 23rd December to try and confirm installation and they had closed for Christmas!! Unbelieveable? I left messages on all of their voicemails and sent emails to both email addresses trying to get confirmation of our installation date and to this day, no one has ever called back or replied to those five messages.Following the failed installation, a site visit happened on Friday 7th with Dan who has returned calls now I have his mobile number but we still do not have our doors and seemingly no one else at Aspire Bi-Folds is concerned.If anyone from Aspire disputes anything in this Review then contest it here and I will evidence it is 100% accurate. The last two weeks have unfortunately been the coldest since last winter and our heating is on 24/7. The kitchen is simply Baltic.UPDATESo a solution was found and the installation completed yesterday. The product gets top marks, the installation team led by Greg get top marks. Greg is one of those positive smiley people who are good to have on your side, I felt incredibly sorry for him when on the first attempt he had to tell us our doors didn’t fit. It wasn’t his fault and he did everything he could. So much so that when the next attempt was made, we wanted Greg there. As I said earlier, things go wrong and it is how they are put right that matters the most. Once we were put in touch with Dan we had a reliable go-to person who answered calls and proactively did what he could to resolve the situation. 10/10 for his approach, attitude and time.There is undoubtedly an issue with calls & emails to the office / warehouse being answered or returned and if this hadn’t been the case, even with the issues we had, it would have been five stars.
