Here’s how to book a free online video appointment

Benefit from our full service online. Our flexible service even out of hours lets you talk face to face with us. You’ll have access to our showroom, our samples, colour swatches, glass samples and more.

To arrange your video chat with us you’ll need.

An internet connection with your laptop, phone or tablet, just as you’d have a video chat with a member of your family.

A suitable video messaging application. Our preferred is Facetime, but you can use Facebook Messenger or Skype.


You can even have a tape measure handy! We’ll guide you through just two or three steps of how to give us some accurate or approximate measurements. The choice is yours.

Simple steps to getting a quotation for your new windows and doors.

Step 1.

Use our contact form to request a video chat. We will give you a call back to talk through your requirements and book in a time.

Step 2.

Tell us where you’d like us to be. We are working from home but can arrange to hold the video call with you in our showroom on a one-to-one basis.

Step 3.

During our conversation, you can show us your room, your existing doors or your drawings. You can explain where you are thinking about or intend to have new glazing and ask us any questions you like.

Step 4.

We’ll talk to you as long as necessary for you. Once we have discussed everything with you we’ll prepare a professional quotation based on our discussions. We will email you a professional quotation.

Step 5.

If you’re happy and ready to proceed we can discuss the next steps. We can discuss booking in a provisional installation date and arrange payment of your deposit.
