We are delighted to be reopening our showroom and welcoming you back.
We remain committed to the well-being of our staff and customers. Therefore, we continue to adhere to government advice and guidelines.
Our showroom is operating both on a walk-in and appointments basis. If you would like to pre-book your appointments with us, please use our contact form or telephone us.
For Walk-in visits, these are permitted during our opening hours. We reserve the right to limit the total number of customers and staff in our showroom and keeping to the recommended social distancing.
For those customers wanting online or remote quotations and service, these remain available by email, telephone or video call.
Our showroom measures include:
- Limiting access to the number of customers and employees in our showroom at any given time
- Keeping and maintaining social distancing and the 2m distance between individuals
- Strict and increased cleaning and sanitising
- Face masks must be worn at all times.

Aspire Bifolds are working to the latest Government announcement on 4th January 2021. We are open for business, but our showroom is presently closed until further notice and until restrictions are lifted.
SALES AND QUOTATIONS
We are open to help you plan your home improvement project. We can provide quotations based on your drawings, sketches or approximate sizes. We are even able to help you measure your windows and doors at home or any existing apertures.
Our office staff are available in the showroom to talk to you on the phone. We are also available to help you via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger Video calls.
INSTALLATIONS, SURVEYS, AND AFTER-SALES
Our supply chain is presently open and serving the door and window sectors. Therefore we are able to survey and install as normal and working to safe working practices, social distancing and other measures.
Inevitably there has been some disruption to installation work, but as far as is possible, we are working on re-scheduling. Please contact us if you have any questions about installation dates.
After-Sales such as service work may not be carried out quickly if our installation is now in an occupied room and where we may not be able to work safely and avoid mixing of households.
Please notify us immediately if anyone in your household displays any symptoms or has been in contact with anyone showing symptoms.
The safety of our customers and staff remains our priority, and we ask for your understanding if we have to re-schedule any installation or survey work as a result of the current Government restrictions.
