We substantially improved the rear of a recently-built Biggleswade property that had existing PVCu doors with the latest Alufold doors. The original window installation was in keeping with the style of the house, comprising a single door to the garden with a large flag window beside it. Also at the rear of the property was a set of white PVCu French Doors. The single door and flag window were removed along with the brickwork below the original window. This created a brand new opening to accept the new bifolding doors.
The bifolding doors are the popular three-panel design. Three-panel bifolding doors are the best value as well as enabling bigger glass panels. The new Alufold Warmcore bifolding doors fitted are powder coated in a contemporary grey finish and with contrasting silver door handles and door catch. Hinges, gaskets and intermediate door handles are all colour matched to the door. The doors are also fitted with colour matched trickle vents at the head to provide background and controllable ventilation.
The new bifolding doors feature a convenient traffic door, or access leaf. This enables easy access to the garden without having to fold all the doors back every time.
